We have specialised in educational business engagement for several years and from this has been develped a considerable knowledge bank of education and business related issues.

We have worked with schools at all levels in seconday education, from year 7 to year 13.

An integral part of the process is relationship building with teaching and educational management staff where to a significant extent, the knowledge of, and the ability to liasise with business ranges from poor to excellent.

DIPLOMAS
Business engagement is critical to the success of the Diplomas. We have been appointed advisers and consultants in a number of areas ranging from Consortia management groups to Local Education Authority team personnel.

We believe in Diplomas, we believe that the mix of functional skills education and direct reality of business is a key motivator to the take up and retention of learning. We have practiced it successfully in the classroom.

Our experience in representing the largest business organisaton in the UK, the federation of Small Businesses has been a major impact on our education input. We sit on a number of Education Boards, have a national liaison role with all the Sector Skills Councils and have the opportunity of meeting with Government at both Ministerial and Senior Civil Servant levels.

Our team is founded on busines input but includes a mentoring group built from Teaching Staff, Enterprise managers and senior Youth Workers. Within our key team is an ex DTi adviser who has created a unique Ofsted Evaluator process. Using this methodology coupled with the wide range of delivery products we have developed will provide the school with a detailed report for Ofsted demostrating student enrichment activity and the value derived for the students.
