The company began as an offshoot to the work that Roger House and Deb Sen had been developing through their Small Business Ambassadors scheme.
Not satisfied with sitting at the tables of public bodies looking at skills and education issues, they set out to deliver a solution. With a phenomenal network of people in southeast public sector and business, as well as the network of small businesses in The Federation of Small Businesses, they took advice and established the management of the Ambassador programme as a social enterprise.
Colin Willman joined in 2008 and brought with him considerble expertise in lobbying central government and the education and skills sector.
